I had been eagerly awaiting the arrival of this costume as it was going to save me a large sewing project I do not have time for.

I waited several weeks to receive it, and upon taking it out of the package and smoothing it out I noticed incompletely sewn seams, and hems not even finished. Had this been a $30 costume rather than a $60 costume, I would've dealt with it. However it isn't, so I'm not. It's going back.

Very disappointed.

I tried this on at a costume shop. I am pretty small, 5 feet and less than 90 pounds and the small fit me pretty snugly. It is pretty much how it looks like in the picture. The quality is pretty ok for a costume. There are a lot of velcro parts and the collar will have to be starched, otherwise it is floppy. Same with the arms, they don't look puffy like that, maybe you need to starch them too or fill up with stuff. Overall it is a pretty cool looking costume, even though I didn't go with it.

I really love this costume, but I had to return it. It was too small for me. I am 5'1" but the torso was a little too short for me. I saw this costume on another lady (maybe she was shorter than me) and she looked great in it!

My grand daughter went to a Harry Potter party for children 9 to 12 years of age. We purchased the Gryffindor Costume (robe), broom and golden snitch for her outfit. The broom was a great accessory for her. It is now displayed in the guest bedroom with the other Harry Potter memorabilia.

My 11 year old grandson, who has loved learning about the American Revolution, the Civil War and American history in general, specifically asked for this rifle. He was very pleased with it when it arrived and has played with it everyday since. It is 53" long, which makes it look very authentic, and it has held up well with his daily use. The order was handled and sent in a timely manner. Overall, I was very pleased. I also ordered the roll caps that are used in the rifle. I received those in the mail first, from a different company than the rifle.

I ordered this rifle for use as a photo prop, and because of it's size, it looks realistic enough for this purpose. It's construction also makes it a sturdy toy for actual play, and reenactments. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I bought three of these to supplement a collection of similar replica rifles used in a show. From a distance they look accurate enough. The rifles are lightweight and fun to use, but after three shows two of them started to split at the stock. They were great for what we needed and at a great price. If you are using it more casually then I'm sure it will last longer then ours.
