This glove is very durable and heavy and very well constructed, the leather glove and i mean real leather has a nice fit and feels great. The blades are dull and safe, but they can still hurt so be careful. If you are a nightmare on elm street fan you will love this glove, a great collectors item to keep and cheerish. The blades are not sharp, but because they are still metal, it's not something to be played with. I collect stuff from horror movies and have been wanting a Freddy Krueger glove for a long time, but even the cheap ones that are made well and accurate to the films will run you at least $300. I got this for right around $60 and it's worth every penny. The only negative thing about it is that it's really hard taking it on and off of the stand. You have to bend the fake thumb in and work the hand back and forth until it breaks free of the leather. Thankfully, the leather is very durable and it doesn't seem to tear. I bought it more for display than wearing it anyway, though I have to say, putting it on does make you feel powerful. As usual, Neca has put out another amazing product for us fans. |
